Android Developer
Build and maintain the Transpport rider and customer Android apps. React Native or native Android experience preferred.
Backend Engineer (Node.js)
Design and build the logistics platform backend — booking engine, GPS tracking, payment processing, and rider dispatch systems.
City Operations Manager
Own on-ground operations in Kolkata. Manage rider onboarding, quality, SLA adherence, and expand coverage to new pin codes.
Operations Associate
Support day-to-day logistics operations, rider issue resolution, and booking escalation handling. Great first ops role.
Business Development Executive
Identify and onboard SME, retail, and ecommerce clients. Own a pipeline from outreach to signed contract.
B2B Account Manager
Manage and grow existing enterprise client relationships. Monthly performance reviews, upsell new services, retain long-term accounts.
Growth & Performance Marketing
Own digital acquisition — Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and App Store performance. Data-first, outcome-oriented approach required.
Content & Social Media Executive
Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn and the Transpport blog. Equal comfort in English and Bengali a plus.
