Rider-partners have the right to refuse any shipment

If a rider suspects a prohibited item is being transported, they may cancel the booking on the spot. No refund will be issued for cancellations arising from prohibited item violations. Transpport and its partners bear no liability for loss or damage to items that should not have been transported.

Items we will never transport

These items are strictly prohibited across all vehicle types, all booking types, with no exceptions.

Weapons & Explosives

  • ●Firearms, ammunition, weapons of any kind
  • ●Explosives, firecrackers, fireworks, flares
  • ●Gunpowder, airbag inflators
  • ●Knives, blades intended as weapons

Illegal Substances

  • ●Narcotics, drugs, controlled substances
  • ●Psychotropic substances
  • ●Counterfeit medicines
  • ●Any item prohibited under the NDPS Act

Hazardous & Toxic Materials

  • ●Acids, corrosive chemicals
  • ●Radioactive materials
  • ●Biohazard or biomedical waste
  • ●Infectious or toxic biological substances
  • ●Industrial poisons

Flammable & Combustible

  • ●LPG cylinders (loaded), compressed gases
  • ●Petrol, diesel, kerosene in open containers
  • ●Paint cans, adhesives (flammable)
  • ●Fire extinguishers (pressurised)
  • ●Oil cans, fuels, lighter fluid in quantity

Currency & Valuables

  • ●Cash, banknotes, coins, bearer instruments
  • ●Gold, silver, platinum bullion or jewellery
  • ●Gemstones, diamonds, precious metals
  • ●Traveller's cheques, bearer bonds
  • ●Negotiable instruments payable to bearer

Living Creatures

  • ●Live animals, pets, livestock
  • ●Birds, reptiles, insects
  • ●Human organs, body parts, remains

Illegal & Obscene Content

  • ●Pornographic material
  • ●Counterfeit goods, pirated products
  • ●Items infringing intellectual property
  • ●Gambling devices, lottery tickets (unauthorised)
  • ●Stolen property of any kind

Sensitive Documents

  • ●Passports (unaccompanied)
  • ●Original property deeds, wills
  • ●Antiques, archaeological artefacts
  • ●Sodexo cards, bearer gift vouchers in bulk
