Transpport Lynk Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “Transpport”) operates the Transpport mobile application — a technology-based logistics and last-mile delivery platform connecting customers with independent rider/driver-partners across India.
We are committed to protecting the personal information of our customers, riders, and all other users of the platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and your rights in relation to your data.
This Policy applies to all users of the Transpport App, including customers and rider/driver-partners. By using the App, you accept the practices described in this Policy.

2.1 From Customers
- Full name and mobile phone number (mandatory for OTP-based registration)
- Email address (if provided)
- Pickup and drop-off location details (current and past addresses)
- Live GPS location data while the App is in use or running in the background (with your permission)
- Booking history and transaction records
- Device information: device model, operating system, App version, IP address, and app usage analytics
- Payment-related data (transaction reference numbers only; full card or bank details are not stored by us)
2.2 From Rider / Driver-Partners
- Full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth
- Government-issued identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence)
- Vehicle registration certificate, permit, and insurance documents
- Bank account or UPI details for payout processing
- Live GPS location data while on duty on the platform
- Profile photograph
- KYC verification records and onboarding documents
2.3 Automatically Collected Data
- App usage logs, error logs, and crash reports
- Cookies or similar technologies for app performance and session management
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics data
Why We Collect This Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To create and verify your account via OTP
- To facilitate bookings and match customers with available nearby riders
- To process payments and manage payouts to rider-partners
- To provide real-time tracking of your booking
- To improve the App's performance, features, and user experience
- To send service updates, booking confirmations, and transactional communications via SMS or in-app notifications
- To comply with applicable Indian laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities
- To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To verify rider identity and document authenticity during onboarding
Sharing of Data
We may share your data with:
- Riders/driver-partners: Customers' pickup location and first name are shared to facilitate the booking.
- Customers: Rider name, vehicle details, and live location are shared for tracking purposes.
- Payment gateway partners: Transaction data necessary to process payments securely.
- Cloud service and technology providers: Required for App hosting, data storage, and analytics.
- KYC/verification service providers: For rider onboarding and document verification.
- Law enforcement and government agencies: Where required by applicable Indian law, court order, or lawful authority.
- Business successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of the company, subject to applicable data protection obligations.
GPS & Location Data
The App requires access to your device's GPS/location to provide core service features — matching riders with nearby customers, real-time booking tracking, and pricing estimation.
You may adjust location permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling location access may prevent certain App features from functioning correctly.
For rider/driver-partners, location data is collected while you are active on the platform. This data may also be used for trip verification, dispute resolution, and operational analytics.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable Indian laws. Booking records and financial transaction data are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements under Indian law.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the App settings, subject to mandatory legal retention obligations.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These include encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure data storage practices.
Despite these measures, no digital transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data and encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect any compromise of your account.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
